MyyyOdyssey ("the app", "we") is a personal travel-journal and diary app for recording your check-ins and daily entries. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

No account, no tracking. The app has no login, shows no ads, and uses no third-party analytics or advertising/tracking SDKs. We do not have servers that store your content, and we never sell your data.

What the app stores, and where. Your check-ins and diary entries — photos, videos, voice notes, written notes, dates, and the location where each was taken — are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, this content is also stored in your own private iCloud account (Apple iCloud/CloudKit) so it can back up and sync across your devices. We have no access to your iCloud data.

Device permissions.

• Camera & Microphone — to capture the photos, videos, and voice notes in your entries.
• Location — to tag an entry with where you were and place it on your map.
• Speech Recognition — to transcribe your voice notes into text, processed on-device by Apple.
• Photo Library (add only) — to save the share images you export.

You can change or revoke any of these in iOS Settings at any time.

Data sent to third parties. To show maps, place names, weather, and region outlines, the app sends the coordinates or place names of an entry (not your identity) to:

• Apple (Maps and geocoding)
• Open-Meteo (weather)
• OpenStreetMap — Nominatim and Overpass (geocoding and region boundaries)
• AMap (Gaode) and Aliyun DataV (region data within China)

These requests contain only location/place information needed to render the feature, and are subject to each provider's own privacy policy.

Data retention & deletion. Your content stays until you delete it. Deleting an entry removes it from the device (and from your iCloud on next sync). Deleting the app removes all on-device data; iCloud copies can be removed via iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.

Children. The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes. We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will reflect any change.
