MyyyOdyssey is a personal travel journal. Your photos, videos, notes and locations are yours. This policy describes exactly what the app stores, what leaves your device, and who receives it.

We do not have a server. There is no MyyyOdyssey account, no login, and no backend that receives your journal. We cannot see your check-ins.

1. What the app stores, and where

Everything you create is stored on your device:

• photos and videos you capture or import
• the coordinate of each check-in (from Location Services, or from a photo's EXIF metadata when you import an older photo)
• date and time
• titles, notes and voice recordings you write or record
• tags you apply (highlight / expense / sensitive)
• text and objects recognised inside your photos — this recognition runs entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework; images are never uploaded for analysis
• resolved place names (see §3)

2. iCloud

If you are signed in to iCloud, the app uses your own iCloud account in two ways:

• iCloud sync — check-in records are mirrored to your private iCloud database so your devices stay in step and a reinstall can restore them.
• iCloud backup files — photos and videos are copied into your iCloud Drive storage so they survive a reinstall or a new device.

This data lives in your Apple account, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer has no access to it. Turning off iCloud for MyyyOdyssey in iOS Settings stops both.
